None of the information held by us will be sold, given or otherwise shared with anyone not directly involved with the wellbeing or your animal without prior consent unless in response to a lawful request by a legally empowered body. You have a legal right to see the personal data we hold and to request any changes be made. The only information we keep is the information you, the client, gives us.

To reach out to you if we consider that there is a threat to your animal’s wellbeing (disease outbreak)

Telephone/mobile numbers, email addresses or other contact preferences

Appointment records

Treatments and costs

Proposed care, including referral’s and or any specific consents given

Correspondence about your animals with other healthcare professionals (e.g. Referral reports)

The only external professionals we will share your details with are:

Your own pet’s insurance company

Referral clinics (in the event that we need to refer your pet to a specialist or seek specialist advice)

External laboratories (in the event of sending a sample from your pet to an external lab as part of their treatment)

Private cremation services (should you wish to use this service)

You have the right to complain to the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) if you are unhappy with the way your data is being processed.
